User Register of Trimble Feedback System.
5. Purpose of processing personal data / intended use of register
The purpose of the register is to implement the City of Kokkola feedback services. The service is used for sending, processing, and collecting statistics on feedback.

The register consists of the following information: username and password, name, e-mail address, phone number, contact requests concerning feedback processing, information on given feedback and feedback processing phases and answers.

10. Publicity/confidentiality of data
The feedback and its response is public data if the user has given consent to publishing the feedback. The response may include the name of the authority. The users’ personal data will not be published.

User's personal data. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act.

Personal data is not transferred outside of the EU or EEA.

B. Computer stored data (register access rights policy and monitoring of use as well as physical protection of the equipment) - The user interface is protected by a username/password combination. Only those, who on behalf of their working duties are required to process data, have access to the system. The database and server is protected by a username/password combination. Each user accepts an agreement for acceptable use and confidentiality of data and data systems.
14. Retention, archiving and disposal of data in the information system
Information is kept as long as the matter in question has been processed and information is no longer required by the register authority or service.
